Sometimes it can get boring eating the same veggies all the time. I enjoy salad which is why I eat it with almost every dinner. However, even salad can get old. I was adding croutons to give it a little pizazz but they have a significant amount of sodium. What are other, creative ways to make your salad more interesting and crunchy? It costs more money for all the produce but it's worth it to me to add mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, and lately I've been adding jalapeno's. I love to try new veggies to give it a different kind of "taste." Don't be afraid to put new veggies on top of your salad. The change may be just what you need so you don't get bored!
