Day A
7 am- 4 egg whites (67 cal)
2 oz. oatmeal ( dry weight) (221 cal)
11 am- protein shake (160 cal)
2 p.m.- 3 oz cod (144 cal)
3 oz brown rice or quenoa ( 101 cal)
8 oz green vegetables ( raw or steamed) (88 cal)
1/2 tsp uda or flax oil ( 65 cal)
no calorie or reduced sugar diabetic salad dressing
6 p.m.-dinner at restaurant
big salad, with bowl of shrimp saute', grilled vegetables
This was actually pasta night at this restaurant. I made my bowl of stuff asking them to saute in white wine, garlic, oregano and little oil. Then I placed that over a big bed of lettuce from the salad bar instead of pasta. I ate out with my husband , but I controlled the ingredients. A win-win for me and my eating plan!

TOTAL CALORIES: I can quess-timate that I stayed pretty close to 1600 calories
